The Family Stock-Up Special is a great way for families to enjoy delicious and nutritious cuts of our 100% grass-fed and dry-aged beef and grain-fed heritage pork of Sweet Mercy Farms. This package contains some of our less expensive roasts and cuts, as well as a few select steaks.

• London Broil or Tri-tip - 2+ pound grass-fed and dry-aged

• Top Sirloin Steak - 1+ lb grass-fed and dry-aged

• Pork Picnic Roast - A 2+ pound grain-fed and forested

• Ground Beef - 2 pounds of grass-fed and dry-aged

• Chuck Roast - 2+ pound of grass-fed and dry-aged

• Green Chile Pork Sausage - 2 pound of our signature sausage

• Italian Pork Sausage - 2 pound of our grain-fed and forested

• 4 Pork Chops - 1 lb each, grain-fed and forested

We strive to provide as much detail as possible about each cut of meat, but sometimes, due to variations in the weight between cuts, you may receive a slightly larger or smaller cut. This package is guaranteed to include at least 17 pounds of meat.

All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass finished. We never grain our beef, which makes a huge difference in the health of the animal, and therefore, the taste and nutritional benefits of the meat.

Our heritage breed pork is always grain-fed and allowed to roam freely in our miniature forest. Expect excellent marbling and robust flavor in our pork cuts.

We never use antibiotics in our animals or herbicides on our pastures. Our land and our animals give to us and we give back to them. Keeping our fields, pastures and soil healthy is part of our regenerative philosophy of animal husbandry.
