We are currently taking deposits for February 12th, 2025 butchering date.

We offer halves and whole hogs each month throughout the year. The date you see above is the next open slot. Once all the slots in that month are booked, we will open up the next month’s slots.

With any side of pork order, your options include: Whole tenderloin OR bone-in chops OR boneless chops, Country style ribs, Picnic roast, Butt roast, ground pork, OR breakfast sausage OR Italian sausage, Fresh or smoked ham, Pork belly OR fresh or smoked bacon, Spare Ribs, shoulder steaks, fresh or smoked ham steaks, fresh unrendered lard, if desired. Any of these can be ground, if preferred.

The total cost of the pork is based on the actual hanging weight of the animal x $6.95, less your deposit; but you can expect a 1/2 pork to be about 100 lbs, hanging weight.

We will send you a second confirmation email after you place your order and you will be able to customize your cutting order. Please note that the pork hangs for about 1 week, so ready-date may be 2 weeks after the butcher date. Deposits are non-refundable.
