Our Grinds Only CSAs are ready the third Saturday of each month. You can choose to have them delivered right to your door, pick them up at the farm, or April - November pick them up at the Downtown Growers’ Market.

Grind CSA options include:
• Ground Beef only - 14 pounds of 100% grass-fed & finished ground beef at a 10% discount ($100 / month)
• Mixed Ground - a variety curated from our 1 pound packaged quality grinds at a 10% discount ($100 / month)

You can also choose whether you prefer:
• Add 1 dozen eggs (+7)
• No eggs - just meat
• Add 2 Wild caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon filets (+$25)

If you choose the Mixed Ground CSA, you will receive a variety of the following:

• 100% Grass-fed & finished Ground Beef

• Green Chile Sausage - our signature sausage!

• Italian Sausage - wonderfully italian, certo!

• Keto Ground Beef - 25% organ meat, 75% grass-finished ground beef

• Ground Pork - fresh from our heritage hogs

• A variety of these quality grinds that make your box valued over $100.
