Our 100% grain-fed and forested in our miniature forest pork chops are to die for. Thick cut between 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” thick make them juicy, tender and flavorful. The pork chop is cut from the rib portion of the hog - it is the Ribeye equivalent in beef. These chops will not disappoint.

Recommended cooking to 150F internal temp. Don’t overcook! You can use the Best Steak Ever technique for chops too.

Packaged 2 per pack fresh Grain-fed pork chops - boneless. These chops are 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” thick (very large), and packaged 2 chop per package.
